More descriptions of dragons and magical creatures

We have all been working on using descriptive language and full stops and capital letters in our work. Take a look and see if we have had success.

Dragon
Roar! Roar! What was that? Perry and I went to get our guns. We found a cave so we went inside. We were petrified. We saw a great big dragon. It was sleeping right in front of us. Perry accidentally stood on a twig and it opened its crusty eye. It started to flap his ginormous wings. It went to the village. It had big sharp teeth. Growl! Growl! It had holes in its wings. We ran back to the tent. “Here it comes. Crossbows!” Heaps of arrows hit it and then it fell.

Dragon
Whoosh! Whoosh! A huge green dragon swooped round a helpless, tiny ant that he had chosen over a deer beside it. Each time his wings went down the air the air was like a brick being dropped from the sky. He finally got tired and went down softly and silently. With a twitch of his tail he went to sleep. I walked up to him and felt his bumpy skin. It was a field of bumpy rocks. His huge eyes opened. It gleamed like yellow amber. Then it closed its eyes again. The tree beside it ruffled and it woke up, never to be seen again.

Dragon
The dragon is the size of a car. Its skin is scalier than a turtle shell. The dragon has blood dripping from a scar on its left wing. Its claws are sharper than a razor. Its spikes on its back and tail are one metre tall and sharper than a saw. Its teeth are deadly. His grey tummy can fit an elephant in it. He weighs 3.5 tonnes. He can crush a crane.

Dragon
Creak! I tiptoed up to a sparkly wall. I cried out to myself “I’m rich! I found rubies and gold”
Suddenly red blood shot eyes stared at me. “I think that’s a dragon” I whimpered. It got up and spat out a whole heap of lava in front of me. It was like I’d stepped out on the sun.
The dragon had red and gold scales all over it. Its snow white teeth like skyscrapers, sparkly and pointy. It had a spike on the end of its tail and all over its back.

Dragon
I saw a cave. I walked in. My brother walked in and asked what I was doing.
I walked in a bit further. I saw a dragon doing target practice. “What the heck” I said. :Why would a red, yellow and green dragon be doing target practice?”
Roar! It blasted and burned me and Vadim straight out of the cave. I fell over when we landed but Vadim didn’t. The dragon’s claws were as sharp as a razor.

Dragon
Today I am going to the cave. I put my safety hat on. My boots are making a big thump on the dry, dusty dirt. I’m standing outside the cave. The fierce dragon is coming out. I hide behind a bush. He blows out fire. It smells like rotten milk and sweaty socks. It has big thorns on its back. I feel curious and scared. His tail is swinging around and around like the growling sea. It sounds like a bird flying. His teeth are all rusty.

Dragon
The dragon’s scales were as silver as a sword gleaming in the moonlight. It moved like a snake slithering silently through the woods as it tail chopped through the timber. When it moved it looked like a twisted metal tube with wings. Soon it started hovering over the ground. It swooped around like a silver bird in the night sky. Its breath turned to smoke in the night. It aimed its mouth at a tree and it turned to ice.

Dragon
I walked up to the dragon’s cave. I saw tons upon tons of treasure. I slipped and fell. Bang! I heard a yawn and then I got blown away by a majestic dragon, swooping down on the town citizens. The dragon was dropping candy. This was very unusual and everyone was absolutely gobsmacked! It was Easter early. Everyone was happy and confused about why he was not eating them. Was he a nice dragon? Was he making us fat so he could eat us?
